Event Description
Meet the GOATs of weed control! Red Deer’s hungriest goat herd has spent another season munching invasive weeds in parks and green spaces. Now it’s your chance to meet the crew! Drop by Kerry Wood Nature Centre and:
- Meet the herd and pet some of the goats
- Learn how goats help manage invasive weeds
- Chat with City staff about the goat program
The event runs rain or shine, so dress for the weather.
Please leave pets at home so everyone can enjoy a safe and comfortable visit.
