Fall Into Fitness

Fall into fitness this September and participate in a dynamic workout with certified City of Red Deer instructors!

Start with an energetic group warm-up, then split into cardio and strength training groups. Finish with yoga and stretching to cool down and set your seasonal goals.

Youth 13-17 must participate with an adult.
