Posting the Same Event on Multiple Days
On the 'Add an Event' form under the 'Event Dates' section, you have the
ability to enter mutliple dates and times for the event you are posting.
-
Enter your start and end dates. These should be the same if the event is for
one day only. Entering two different dates for the start and end dates means
that the date runs for all days during that time period.
-
Add your event start and end times. Leaving these blank will mean the
event runs all day.
-
Click the 'Add Date Information' button. This will add the enter dates to a
list above the date boxes.
-
Repeat the above steps for multiple dates.
Once date information has been entered into the date list, you can edit or
delete the dates from the list by clicking the Edit and Delete links that are
to the right of the date information in the list. When editing from the list,
edit the information and then click the Update link to the right of the
information to save your changes in the list.

Blank White Box in Search Pane
A blank, white rectangular box may appear in the search and
navigation pane of the Community Events Calendar if you do not have a current
plug-in for Macromedia's Flash Player installed. The Flash player is
required to search for events in the calendar by a specific date. To download
the Flash player plug-in visit Macromedia's
Web site.
The Community Events Calendar has the capability for you to search
for events by the event category, subcategory, venue, month, audience,
keywords or date.
You can also search by multiple items at the same time. For
example, if you select Community Events, all of the Community Events listings
will be returned to you. But, if you then select a month, such as August, all
the Community Events in August will be returned to you.
If you have searched by one item and wish to select a new search
item without having our calendar search within the previous results, use the
'Reset' button on the search form to reset the form back for a new search.
Please note, that The Community Events Calendar does not display
events for the prior month.
Events are added to this calendar on a voluntary basis, and therefore
not all events may be included.
